My Story, I've Been There!
In 2008, my life turned upside down.
I lost a house. I lost a car. Relationships fell apart. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, I lost my health too. I gained weight, my energy dropped, and I didn’t recognize the person I saw in the mirror.
For a while, I felt sorry for myself. But eventually I realized something important: no one was coming to fix this for me.
So I leaned on what I already had — my background in health and exercise education. I started designing my own workouts, rebuilding my habits, and committing to small, consistent steps every day.
That decision changed everything.
Over time, I lost more than 75 pounds and rebuilt not just my body, but my confidence, discipline, and mindset. I didn’t just get back to the old me — I became a stronger version of myself.
Today, I use everything I learned from that journey to help others do the same.
