Monday/Tuesday A Schedule
Monday Warm Up
20 jumping jacks
10 push ups
10 squat jumps
30 h. knees
10 sit up to 1,2 combo
Monday Workout
Focus on power and force on heavy bags
Self defense: shield drill (1,2,3, push, power side kick)
Bagwork:
1 min: 10 power punches + reset, 10 power kicks + reset (2 rounds)
30 sec burnout x 2 rounds
Tuesday Warm Up
5 burpees
10 lunges
5 tuck jumps
10 shoulder taps
20 deep squats
Tuesday Workout
Bagwork Games:
Round one: max kicks per minute
Round 2: 30 sec land as many combos as possible
Wednesday workout
Wednesday Warm Up
10 side to side hops
10 m. climbers
10 dips
10 deep squats
20 hook punches
Relay racerun, hit bag 20 punches, other does jacks or squats
Round 2: run kick bag 10 times, other person does jacks till tagged
Thursday C Schedule NO CLASS
Thursday Warm Up
30: jumping jacks
10 push ups
10 leg raises
10 squats
10 fast front kicks
3 min: Stretch
Bagwork/sparr
Round 1: 3 min: only boxing combos
round 2: 3 min freestyle
1 Min sparr or mitt sparr (multiple rounds till end)
